We would like to congratulate our winner of the 21 Day Detox, Halli Keller, for losing 23 pounds in 21 days! This is the most that any winner has lost over the past three years. Even though the goal wasn’t necessarily to lose weight, the participants that completed the program lost an average of 7.2 pounds in 21 days. That’s incredible!This 21 Day Detox challenge reminded me of a newsletter article I published a couple of years ago that I would like to share with you. We only had 67% of the detox participants complete the program in 21 days. Why so low you may ask? Well, the challenge was not easy. You had to step outside your comfort zone and plan and prepare your meals in advance. The 33% that did not complete the challenge quit within the first week, and below I explain why. I hope you will not fall prey to some of these self-defeating tactics. Remember it’s not a sprint. It’s a marathon!
