Spring Break Manual: How to ignite the fat loss

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) employs an intense bout of exercise followed by a brief rest.

For March, our workout sessions are designed around the HIIT exercise strategy. Research discovered that high-intensity exercise burns up to NINE TIMES more fat than steady state aerobic exercise. HIIT creates the optimal hormonal environment for fat loss, creates an elevated metabolic rate for the next 24-48 hours following a high-intensity exercise session, and increase effectiveness of glycogen storage.
