Seth’s Birthday Is Coming

This week our focus is on nutrition, and we would like you to log your food for the next week.  It’s optional, but 60-80% of your results are based on what your eating not how hard you’re working out.  You can’t out train a bad diet.  Please make sure to download and print the nutrition worksheet below.  We would like you to log your food this week and turn it in on Friday or next Monday.  Remember, most people get into trouble on the weekend, so if you feel like the weekends are sabotaging your process, be sure to log your food over the weekend.
We will also be celebrating Seth’s birthday this Friday night from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Coles Crossing park located at Barker Cypress and Jarvis.  We will be playing a round of kickball and eating cake.  You don’t need to bring anything. Just come out and have some fun!
