Here are some perfectible workouts you can do at the gym with just a few pieces of equipment when you are traveling or out of town. If you do not feel comfortable doing one of the exercises in the video, be sure to modify it and do an exercise that is less challenging. If you feel that the exercises are not challenging enough, be sure to do a more challenging exercise with good form or add in active rest in between each exercise like jumping jacks, squat jumps or burpies.
