Goal Setting

We will be having our Summer Social tomorrow night, June 30th at 7:30 pm.  It will be located at Kilburns on Barker Cypress and 290.  Drinks and appetizers will be provided, so we hope you can make it.  Karina, Seth and I will be having a lip synch contest, and we need your help choosing the winner!  We will also be playing charades, and socializing.  It should be a lot of fun!

I have also created a short video on goal setting for you. We are about to start a new training modality called Power Training.  It’s one of the hardest forms of training, but one of the most effective for increasing force production and weight loss.  Now that summer is here, are you going to be committed to reaching your health and fitness goals?  There are a lot of excuses that can impede you staying committed (kids out of school, vacations, etc.).  There are three questions you need to ask yourself and I tell you what they are in the video below.  Make sure to watch it and see tomorrow night!
