Here are some great perfectible workouts you can do at home. These are some very simple workouts that you can do in the convenience of your own home without a lot of equipment. If you do not feel comfortable doing one of the exercises in the video, be sure to modify it and do an exercise that is less challenging. If you feel that the exercises are not challenging enough, be sure to do a more challenging exercise with good form or add in active rest in between each exercise like jumping jacks, squat jumps or burpies.
