I have a couple of important announcements to make.  We will only have one class on Labor Day at 8:00 am.  I will be teaching it, so be sure to bring your running shoes.  Just kidding!

Please be sure to come to our event with Mark Macdonald on Wednesday night at 7:30 pm.  It will be held at St. John Lutheran Church which is located at 15235 Spring Cypress Rd., Cypress, TX 77429.  I know you are busy, but this is an important opportunity for you to get motivated again and get back on track.  Please invite your family and friends to come.  It’s for the whole family!  We are giving away a free month of personal training, and we have several prizes to raffle off.

We will also be having our back to school party next Saturday night.  Karina, Seth and I will be doing burpies for every guest you bring to the Mark Macdonald event, and we have some fun things to give away.  Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go?

I also want to thank those of you who came to our cooking class at HEB.  I would like to thank Marti and HEB for making the event possible.  It was our first attempt, so I apologize that it took longer than expected.  I promise that the next cooking class will be more hands on, and we will try a number of recipes.
