We hope you have a Happy Independence Day! I wanted to send this quick video out to give you a version of the perfectible workout to follow at home or while you are out of town.
This is a strength version of the perfectible workout that you can do with just a few pieces of equipment.
You should perform 8 to 12 repetitions of each exercise or use an interval timer to do about 40 seconds of work. If you would like to maximize your results, add in active rest in between each exercise, like jumping jacks, mountain climbers, or burpies. You should go through all 7 exercises and preform at least 3 to 5 sets or rounds. Have a great weekend!
