I wanted to send this email out to discuss some of the improvements we are making. First, we would like to thank everyone who donated to help Inspiring Possibilities and those who came to hear Olympic Gold Medalist Laura Wilkinson speak last Thursday.

We raised almost $7,500 for the event! If you donated $21, you should have received access to the 21 Day Detox information to start the program. You will also have access to all of the group classes each day of the week until Memorial Day, instead of what your current membership allows. This is our way of thanking you for your donation!

I would like to review some improvements to our cleaning and sanitation protocol. We are NOT getting rid of the mats. We will have mats available for clients that need one, but please keep in mind that we will be cleaning and sanitizing the mats and equipment on your behalf (for the time being).

The new protocol will ensure that the mats are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly and not oversaturated with cleaning solution. It will also cut down on time between classes so that you have more time to work out and cool down. In addition, this will allow more transition time for the next group to come in and warm up. We will have a couple of wipe stations set up for those that need to wipe down cardio equipment after their cardio workouts.

Lastly, please don’t hesitate to email me directly or talk to Seth, Casey, or Jake if anyone has any questions or concerns. The only way we can improve is by receiving your constructive feedback. We are doing our best to provide you with the best training environment available, but if there is anything we can do to improve our programs or services, please let us know. Thank you!
