There are 12 chapters and quizzes to teach you everything you need to know about health and fitness. This program is part of the Weight Management University course that has been endorsed and approved by many members of the medical community.
The course curriculum is a web-based program that can be downloaded or streamed directly to your computer, smart phone, or other devices. Weekly webinars are also conducted every Wednesday at 9:00 pm on the principles of health and fitness.
