Our ultimate goal is to coach and educate our clients every step of the way, so that they have the tools and resources they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We average over 10+ years of experience and have received nationally recognized personal training certifications through The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

Meet Our Team

Seth Buckles
Seth was born an athlete, and he will always be an athlete. His life’s motto is Go Hard or Go Home. Seth currently has a personal training certification through the National Academy or Sports Medicine and nutrition certification through Venice Nutrition. He is currently working on his level 1 biomechanical certification to become a Functional Movement Specialist. He also has four years of experience and knowledge in the supplement and nutrition industry. He grew up playing all sports and he is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Nutrition. He has a passion for serving others. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the drums as well as playing basketball, football and soccer.
Kelsey Cummins
Kelsey is a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Currently, she is certified through American Council of Exercise and is working towards earning additional certifications through Functional Movement Systems and Venice Nutrition. Growing up, Kelsey learned the importance of regular exercise and nutrition from her mom, who was a certified personal trainer. So, from a young age, Kelsey‘s passion for living a health lifestyle quickly grew. She encourages others to live their best life by training their bodies to move easier and function better. Through her food blog, Treasured Tablespoons by Kelsey Nicole, she shares nutritious (and delicious) recipes to help others fuel their bodies according to their fitness goals. Kelsey was born and raised in Northern California, relocated to Texas in 2015, and married her husband in 2017. She enjoys spending free time in the kitchen creating new recipes, adventuring outdoors with her husband, and traveling back to sunny California.
Rod Taylor
Rod Taylor has a background in fitness and nutrition that has been forged through living and somewhat learning the hard way. His past includes eating poorly, working out improperly and not listening to what his body was telling him. As a result, six years ago (age 55), he suffered two strokes (TIAs) and that was his wakeup call.  Through education and coaching he is now 50 lbs. lighter, has a well-balanced diet, and is able to train more efficiently.  Oh, and he’s healthier too!  Through these experiences he has gained a passion for fitness and nutrition that he enjoys sharing with people today.  He is currently  a nationally Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, and he is currently completing additional certifications with Venice Nutrition and FMS (Functional Movement Screenings).
Larissa Lee
Larissa has been competing in sports since she was 5 years old.  She played on a travel team and also competed at the collegiate level.  Larissa has received a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is continuing to educate herself by working on a Performance Enhancement Certification and is becoming a Nutritionist.  She is involved in our internship program and is learning to be an effective trainer.  She wants to help others be able to achieve their health and fitness goals.  Out of the gym, Larissa loves to sing and play guitar.  She also coaches soccer at different schools in Houston.
Michael Romig
Michael is the owner of PG Fit, LLC and is a certified and accredited personal trainer and nutritionist who has helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals. Starting at an early age, Michael started competing in U.S. diving and became an All-American. After competing at the collegiate and professional levels, Michael received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and currently holds several nationally recognized personal training certifications through accredited organizations such as NASM, NCSF, PFIT, NFPT, NSCA, CrossFit, and ISSA. He also has five advanced specializations in corrective exercise and performance enhancement training, rehabilitative exercise training, fitness therapy, and strength and conditioning. Michael is also a certified nutritionist through Venice Nutrition. Michael is married and has an eight-year old son. He enjoys running and mountain biking with his Chocolate Lab, playing golf, and the occasional weekend skydive.
