NUTRITION PLAN  

You will be given nutritional advice and a meal plan to follow. We will also make supplement recommendations to help turbocharge your results. You will know exactly what to eat and when to eat. This is one of the easiest meal plans to follow.

PILLAR TWO -

FITNESS

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM

You will work with a TRAINER 3 days per week and go through the most cutting-edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. AND - You will be able to track your own progress, which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past the 28 days.

PILLAR THREE -

COACHING

DIRECT LINE OF CONTACT 

 You will be taken through an evaluation and given a program to follow. Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact us whenever you need help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement.

PS - If you're anything like us, you just skipped to the end anyways. So here's the scoop - we want to train you as long as you're willing to put some skin in the game and show up and do your part.

 We are located at 14405 Telge Road, Cypress, Texas, 77429. Please make sure PG FIT is convenient for you.

If you do everything we ask of you, we guarantee you will see some amazing results and want to stay after 28 days. But you're not obligated to by any stretch.
